everything was spectacular! the valet staff welcomed us warmly, setting a great tone. our king room had an incredible view and luxurious feel. we were blown away by the upgrade to the highest floor. don’t miss the fresh homemade street tacos nearby!

It was just a strong match for one night in Chicago with reasonable value. Room was clean and the view was nice. Tip, Don't forget to ask about any parking fees before you arrive.

The location at the end of the Navy Pier offers stunning views of the lake and city, making the room a highlight. Checking in and out was straightforward due to efficient staff, and the bar staff contributed to a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, breakfast fell short, with limited options and overcooked items, including burnt potatoes and greasy sausage. Coffee was overly priced at $4 per cup, which detracted from the overall stay.

The hotel's proximity to attractions made exploring easy. Consider dining at the nearby waterfront restaurants for a fantastic meal.

Wonderful room, perfect view, with a stunning huge picture window that made our stay enjoyable and provided an excellent atmosphere. plus, the convenient amenities like 24-hour reception and a fitness center made our visit even smoother, and being just 4 km from the main transportation hub was a bonus.

Although the gym was a bit small, it had everything I needed for a quick workout.
